All product orders placed via Magosero online store will be fulfilled by our distribution partner, Webshippy, on our behalf. You will first receive email confirmation letting you now when your order has been received, and when your order is being processed, and then shipped.

Our goal is to make you happy with your purchase of Magosero products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the products received from us and wish to return any items bought from us then we will make a refund, as long as the product is unopened and in its original condition.
To start a refund process
Please let us know the reason for the return by emailing us on email@example.com. You’ll need to tell us your order number. We will get back to you within 1 working day to confirm your details and to assist you in returning products to us.
If you wish to change or cancel your order then you should notify us as soon as possible on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will check with our distribution partner if we can fulfill your request.
Following receipt of the products returned by you we will do our best to accomodate changes where possible or you will receive a full refund, less any return delivery and/or collection charges, within 30 days of giving us your notices to change or cancel. In case of a refund, you will be refunded on your original payment method.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
